Hello Beautiful...!!! from good friend of mine, Mr Montree..

His from Thailand, even though his English not that clear but he has a golden heart which I admired. He has 2 boys which he's spoken everyday, he love his wife and two kids, even though he separated from his family by distance, nevertheless his heart are closes to them.

Being a foreign in different country is not that easy to adapt, whereby everyday he wish, he could go back to his homeland and be closer to his love ones. Working in foreign country is a big risk, where else his wife is apart from him. Just imagine, if there's any problem at home which your wife couldn't solve, who to look for and how to manage the scenario? His wife have to make a big decision and take responsibilities, whereby she know that her husband is away, she's has to be mentally prepared to manage her household and take care of everything.

Montree understand that his wife and children is far from distance, but doesn't stop him to work hard everyday from 8 am to 10pm even in Weekend, he continue to works  in order for him to get sufficient fund to support his family. His attitude "Never Says Die" is inspiring to those who appreciate life and commitment to their family.

He been working in Singapore for almost 18years now, every 12 past months lunar calender, he will return to his homeland for 3 weeks to spend time with his family and help to repaired some damages at home. However, the unfortunate part, he couldn't take longer leave due to his work, his employer persist him to comeback and work for them like a slave. I just couldn't imagine the hard work he does to the company, but it seems doesn't matter to them. All they know, he wants him back and work. Apparently, the whole 3 weeks is not enough for him to spend time with his family is like going for holiday.

As soon he know the time for family is over, he return back to his employer. For his perception, as long his family have sufficient fund to manage household and send kids to school, is good enough. His sacrifice for his family is a big tasked for him, I am sure, he should be proud of it.

When we love our family, we have to do everything we can to provide them a good living, even how bad or how hard the situation is, we must remind ourselves, what we do for our family is a big sacrifice and that sacrifice is worthy.

One day, his children will analyst how his father sacrifice for his family, the respect and encouragement will make them mature. Nowadays metropolis children doesn't understand what life means to them, enjoyed, spending and rebellious towards their parents is stall in their mind. They been exposed to materialistic world which they don't even know what is hardships. When they grow older, they have difficulties to adapt the real world. Their immature thoughts made them vulnerable. As a parent, we should encourage our children and explained the real scenario about life and facts. Gradually, they will become mature and ready to face any obstacle with their parents guardians.

After work or during his tea break, Montree call his wife everyday, is like a routine job for him. Sometimes he receive call from his kids during their free time. His kids, delightful to hear his dad voice, for them is enough even they seldom see each other, the good factor, is like being fill with joy and happiness.

Being happy is everyone forte, no matter how rich you are or how poor you can be, being happy is part of our life, some people living in luxury life, thought they can buy money with happiness, even though they have thousand of friends, they can't even feel the happiness. They drink alcohol, enjoyed life, spend luxury things and so on.. No matter how hard they spend, they cannot buy happiness.

Being happy, is by giving and receiving love from those close to you, happiness is built from inner-self the more we give the more we happy, give doesn't mean buying gifts to someone, give means by producing your afford to support them in any ways, like sharing your wealth, give a helping hand to those who need it the most. Then the happiness, will come by itself.

Look for example like Montree, he work everyday from morning till night and only receive $1200 per month. For him, supporting his family is all matter, he doesn't complaint or rebel to his employer, all he knew is to support his family. He work hard everyday, in his inner feelings, he's a happy man, even he has no resting day for the entire year, for him, his family is priority.

There are thousand of men and women I encounter, they have similarity to Montree life but as a good friend of his, I am admired his attitude  and how he managed his life by not letting his family and friends down, he always tried to morally support and giving advise not to give up hope to those you love.

MYSTIFYING

The best thing about love is by giving and sharing...

Just imagine world without love and what will this world means? I guess nothing, only doom and gloom..

I have a story about a girl who doesn't believe in love..for her love is nothing but a joke, she wish that people will one day realized love is a drama and we're slave by love. One thing bout her perceptions, she doesn't realized that love is actually give us confident and caring with each other through thick and thin.

A story about Kate..

Kate was a 17yrs old teenage girl, she the only child in her family, throughout her years as a child, she never feel the affection of love within her own family and friends. At school Kate's tried to get closer with her classmate but non of them interested to be her friend. Most of the time, she ate alone and talking by her own-self. At home, her parent doesn't communicate with her that much because her parent's work every day and nite, have no time to listen even a single words.

Kate's hobbies, reading books and join social network. During her Summer Holiday, she's very active on logging in her social network, she edit her profile and post her new photos. Her intention is to find a friend whether is a guy or girl, she will accept any people whom are interested. A week later, she receive an mail from her social network. She was so extremely happy and ecstatic to receive an mail, she never encounter happiness before throughout her life.

In the mail, Steve's written to her," Hi Kate, how are you? I would like to get to know you and maybe we can hang out sometimes. After reading, her face turn blush and couldn't control her happiness. She keep on smiling, thinking what to respond. Then she replied," Hi Steve, nice to know you too, I am very happy to receive your mail and of course we can hang out sometime. Please introduce yourself, take care for now and keep in touch". She immediately jump up and down on her bed, springing all the way with joy and laughter.. Since then, they both keep on correspondence for almost a month, she had never felt this way before, they both sharing a lot of things together and also some secret which nobody know. Day by day she fall in love with him as she thought his the one for her. She blindly fall in love with someone without knowing his true background but it doesn't disrupt her. All she know is loved and nothing else.

One day, Steve asking Kate's to meet him at the park, she agreed. He text her the location where to meet up. Eventually, Kate was really enthusiastic to meet him, once she receive the message Kate's immediately plan her shopping list from buying new clothes to shoes, but top of her list is make over that's her priority, she when salon to do her hair, making it look more attractive. The following day, Kate's finally meet Steve's, She was so surprise and her heartbeat bumping so fast, making her almost unconscious. Steve quickly hold her and let her breath slowly. Steve didn't expect this will happen to him, if he knows earlier, he will wear a mask, so that Kate won't faint when she sees him. Anyway, Steve told her," You look very attractive today? she turn blush to hear his compliment. Kate's doesn't speak that much, because she too frighten and shy to talked to him, Steve understand, but doesn't stop him communicate with her. They both chatting for almost 3hours before midnight and is time to bring Kate's home.

Along the way, they walk side by side, holding hand. She had a very wonderful evening. Kate's always dream that she will one day have a boyfriend, fortunately, the dream came true. All this time, she thought nothing is possible and yet her life changed on that specially day. After the long summer holiday, at school, she proudly walk with confidence and most of her classmate wondering, why Kate look differently than before. One of her classmate asked Kate," Hi Kate, is there anything you like to share during our Summer Holiday? She says no, nothing to shared. her classmate surprised by how she respond. They knew something has changer in her life, but they keep on pushing themselves to make Kate explained.

Apparently, Kate's become popular at school, everybody wants to be her friend now, she really enjoy the hospitality by her classmate and new friends. Finally, Kate decided to shared her Summer Holiday and how she meet this guy. Everybody was so amaze and very attentive to listen Kate stories. She feel alive knowing that everybody start noticing her how interesting she can be except her parent, they don't even bother to know what going on with her life.

One day, Kate and Lisa her classmate now become best friend, went shopping to buy new bags, along the way to find new bags, Lisa accidentally saw Steve with other girl, holding hand while going for window shopping. Lisa worried bout Kate feelings, if she told her the truth about Steve with other girl, she will be extremely furious, so Lisa decided to took her hand and walked with her in different direction, all the sudden, Steve saw Kate and Lisa walking along the store. Steve quickly drag her girlfriend to different location so that both of them didn't see each other. Lisa, started to sweat, while peeping from behind, she hope Steve have gone elsewhere. Lisa feel relief now after she notice, there are no sign of Steve around.

Kate's doesn't knows that he has a girlfriend, she thought Steve is single, before they become closed. Steve doesn't want Kate to know that, his girlfriend travel with her parents during Summer Holiday, his alone and need companion to talk and befriend with, but Steve doesn't expect that Kate onto him. Steve could not explained to Kate, even he does, it won't made any different, so he pretend nothing has happen and keep on having relationships with Kate.

After 10 days later, while Steve's girlfriend "Jenny" at his home, at that moment, he was taking a shower, then his phone start beeping, she thought it's Steve friend, so is alright to look at his SMS and inform Steve after she done reading. While she open the text message, she suddenly shock to see a lot of text which Kate sending to him, all the love and loving words come out. Jenny was so furious, she copy her number and pretend nothing has happen. Steve's come out from the shower room, saw her girlfriend look grumpy as if, she suspect something going on. He look at his text message, and he knows his girlfriend saw the text but he try to ignored it as his girlfriend never mention anything to him.

Apparently, Jenny doesn't feel satisfy by Kate action, she feel that Kate stole her boyfriend. So she text Kate to meet up with her by saying," Hi Kate, I'm Steve girlfriend Jenny, could you please meet me at cafe Central City Shopping mall at 5pm today." Kate feel miserable to receive such text by Jenny.

At 4.55pm, Kate arrived early, she seat at cafe and waiting for Jenny, Kate's entire body was shivering with fears, she afraid that Jenny will kill her. Her mind, keep on rolling with fear but she won't stop loving Steve even she has to fight for her rights. Then 5 minutes later, Jenny came, She look at Kate and tell her to explained how she get to know Steve? Kate explained every single words and show her what Steve has bought for her for the last couple of months. Jenny, didn't care what Steve have bought for her, She want Kate to stay away from her relationships and never spoke to him anymore.

Kate was so mad to hear Jenny words. She slap her face and immediately, went to Steve house, before her arrival, Steve was going out to meet his friend, then from far he saw Kate walking towards him and asked, " Why you cheat on me? how can you do this to me? what I have done to deserve this?. Steve, accidentally swollen his tongue, he couldn't says a word as if something lock his jaw. Kate tried to slap Steve face but luckily he managed to hook on her hand, He feel disappointed with Kate behavior, telling her, " Please Kate, you know me, I only communicate with you because I feel lonely and since then you become my good friend. I never love you, I only like to hang out with you, that's all.

Kate feel despondent the way how Steve treated her, she thought all this time, he loved her. But it doesn't make any sense at all, then she slowly walk home alone. When she reach the door, Kate cried out loud, bending her knees and knocking her head at the door. Is hard to see her cried. On that day onwards, she never spoken to anyone even her best friend Lisa. Lisa concern bout her because she never turn up to school for almost 3 days. She worried bout her, even she call her phone, she never pick up, until one day Lisa impatiently call Kate parent at home, asking her parent what really happen to Kate?  her parent ignore Lisa answer and put down the phone. Lisa unsatisfied the way her parent treated their own daughter. After school, she rush to Kate house and when she arrived, Lisa call her to come down from her room.

Kate finally came down and explained to her what really happen. Lisa feel sad to hear the news, she cuddle Kate, bring her to the park to relaxed her mind. Kate's have difficulties to forget what had happened to her lately, She thinks that love, is a drama and we are all enslave by love.

The truth is, Kate has mix feelings between both world, her parent doesn't care and Steve make her confused. Kate and Lisa's are still best friend, even though Lisa knows it will take a time for her to recover from her last experience. Lisa tried her best to comfort her and knowing that Love is everything even with family and friends. She never be alone. 

In Nutshell:

Confrontation can be both good and bad experience, if we know where we stand and give more time to investigate what really happen, we may get the right decision before making a large announcement. Be happy for what you are and don't give up hope as is a beginning of your journey..

IRRATIONAL

A story of a man who being irrational.

During his early 20s, he was a hardworking guy who only focusing on his job rather than doing other activities. James always work and seldom gather with his family and friends. Sometimes, he had to cover his colleague duties on weekend or public holiday, for him, work is his home now. He focusing to much work rather taking care of himself.

When he reach early 30s, James started take thing slow. He was planing to go Europe for holiday. He has a massive saving during his early age. In few months later, he bought his tickets to France "Paris", His dream came true, he planned to go across Europe for 30days, which is not enough for him personally. So James travel one location to another. He enjoyed himself by communicating with different races in different cities.

On the last two day from across Europe, James return back to Paris, On the way to his hostel where he stay on the first arrival, he saw this girl which is living near to his hostel. He begin questioning himself whether could he approach this girl and buy her a cup of coffee and maybe some little chat? He test himself by smiling at her with big smiley face. The lady notice him and sexily walking cross the street on his opposite direction where cafe cartel located. She set at empty table for two and look at him, showing him a sign to approach her. James was so nervous that he been thinking of walking away but he couldn't, he had to show his bravery so he pretend not to be coward. While he walk slowly towards her, he asked,"May I seat? She smile and respond,"Yes of course, please. They have a good conversation even though they trying to understand each other, so they exchanging numbers and email address. He told her that he had only 2days in Paris and he planing to comeback again in few months.

Before his departure, she give him, her self made portrait which is priceless. His happy to accept the gift with an exchanged he give her, his childhood photograph.

On returning to his homeland, he thought about going back to Europe for few months. During his journey in Europe, he never encounter this experience before, He feel how beautiful Europe country are and especially Lucy's the lady that he met in Paris was amazing. He wish, he could stay there forever.

While return to work, he cannot concentrate on his job, he think to much of her. Everyday, they contact each other via SMS or IM. In few days later, he receive a telephone & internet bills, while he open it, all the sudden, James shock to see the amount, is unbearable that he never expected the amount can be so huge. He scream so loud that his neighbor could hear him on the next door. His neighbor wondering what happen to him, he initially when to his house knocking on his door. James heard a knocking sound so he open the door. His neighbor asking him,"What happen? James says, "Nothing everything is fine, just had a shock that's all. than his neighbor return to his home. Meanwhile, James thinks about the amount, is so huge that make it impossible to go Paris in 2 months time. All the promises to Lucy won't happen till he need to find solutions. James feel so despondent and he has no choice to use his saving to pay his ridiculous amount of bills.

2 month has pass, James still couldn't save the amount which he's already plan. The second option James had on his mind, to apply for a loan. He submit all his necessary documents and hoping in one week the bank approved his request. Meanwhile the bank call him that his application is approved, in few days time, he will receive the amount on his personal account. He feel so jovial and told Lucy that he will travel to Paris in a week. The planned that his waiting for finally came alive. He begins to pack his things and quit his job as his boss doesn't allowed him to take his annual leave. He incautiously doesn't care about his job, even he don't bother about the bills and installment plan which he agree to pay every month. Now James won't be able to pay his debts, for his perception, as long he can meet Lucy and travel to Europe again, he be ultimately happy.

He finally meet Lucy in Paris and live there for two months. During his stayed in Paris, the bank try to call him to pay the late payment but couldn't get through, the interest which he supposed to pay is increasing each time he lapse on one installment.

After two months living in Paris, Is time for him to go back to his homeland. James feel despondent and started to plan all over again for his third trip. While his back home, he saw a letter from the bank, he open up and write to him to pay almost 1000 dollars which he ran out of money. He feel so nervous and helpless, James asked his family and friends who ever can help him, but unfortunately, nobody can help him, because they know James wont be able to pay back because his jobless. So he struggle for the whole month, still searching for a job and couldn't find any vacancy. He call to the bank, tell them. "I couldn't pay! Immediately, the bank send lawyer letter to his house and demand for payment. He couldn't do too much though but he would rather be in jail at this moment.

In few months time, he attend to court, James told the judge that he has no property or money to pay the bank till he found a new job. The court granted his appeal for 3 months to resume the monthly installment to this bank and furthermore, the judge prosecute him as bankruptcy, for this he won't be able to take any loan from other bank forever.

A month later, he found a job, he started his new life and pretend nothing has happen, he told Lucy, he will visit her in a very long time due to his financial crisis. Three years past, James finally out of his debts, by the time, he found out, she's already found new guy in Paris. His life, relentless but it doesn't stop him going back to Europe.

On his late 30s, he started to improve his condition, able to save money and find new job which pay higher than previous employer. He feel alive again even though he miss Lucy. The past was so good, in the end all goes into memories.

In Nutshell:

In life, what ever outcomes, we should steadfast, plan carefully and take things one at the time, being irrational won't help us only face more difficulties. Live life for what it is, surely everything will goes accordingly to our plan.

Living In Fear

Most of us sometime asked ourselves whether are we living in fear...???

What is fear got to do with us? Is it related to losing our relationships, work, capital, etc.?

Fearing is referring to lost of confident bout themselves, not only that it makes us being vulnerable and vulnerable would not get us anywhere in this world, only declining..

Ethnically, fear is where we start to realizing ourselves from the stage whereby we are standing in the middle of cross road. Should we start realizing immediately or hit by the enormous train? Is always depending the person who they carry themselves in that situations.

Just like Jimmy's," he fearing of being lonely, Maybe he thinks, his loneliness overshadow for not being love by anyone. He was a married man with two children but unfortunately they don't have feeling for each other, so he re-married with other woman. Again, the feeling with his current wife is not there, so he initially find other women to cover his fear of being lonely. According to theory, Is not practical at all as he know himself, his not lonely only fearing to be alone.

Some says, "Jimmy's doesn't know how to appreciate what he has, he wants more in order to fill his desire and satisfying his lust.

I couldn't agree more, but what if he is really lonely and need someone to really love him? Which means, nobody understand his situations? Judging someone can always make ourselves mix feelings by constantly stir other person life without investigate his whole stories.

According to his history, his first wife is a wonderful woman, they married for almost 15years but things are not getting their way, is like unparalleled thoughts so they decided to divorce. Both of them move on without thinking bout their children feelings, which they vow to love, to cherish and devoted for better or worst with each other in terms of their solemnize day.

What happen to those vow and promises during their wonderful marriage? Is it because both of them unhappy or just realized they are not meant to be together? There's always a mistake in relationships that we couldn't hide or ignore, tell the truth bout how we feels from within and let go the heat that store for so long, in conceptual, they have a chance to recoup their good factors for each other again.

Jimmy's move on and found someone nice and he thought falling in love with this woman will make his loneliness disappeared, they get down and he decided get married for the second time. They have a wonderful years together, falling in love, shared thoughts and all the trouble inside of him slowly faded. Than one fine day, his wife started to show her true color and he begins to wonder if his the one who is being wrong here or his wife exposed to much of her characters? Only he know. So he started to fear and feel lonely as before.

He begins to search other women to fill his emptiness and try to persuade her to fall in love with him. He studied her weakness and maybe one day it might come in handy during the second date. He pretend to understand her and tell the secret of his life, but would a person will tell a women who they really are before intimacy? That the secret which nobody knew only they themselves.

45% after marriage, a men cheated on his wife for another women due to lack of intimacy and communications. Most men, who fail to have best mate ended up sleeping with other women, and women should understand men more if they want to save their marriage. Speak well with each other and be truthful to themselves not just pretend that everything is alright.

No point having a relationships who did not appreciate each other or pretend to be appreciated, it will only wreck each other feelings if they find out. Don't meddle your relationships embrace it like your last day on this earth.

Nobody living alone in this world, only we are the one who creating our own loneliness, we avoid of accepting the facts. People who living in fear will not get anywhere, only fill with their heart with emptiness. Embrace the one you love, cherish it with tender loving care, and be proud for the one you vow. We only live ones and the best to accept the one you love.

Don't let your decision fool you, every person have their own personality, try to adapted their characters and extract out the fear that controlling your mind.

For Jimmy's he should learn to be grateful for what he has, not by living in fear. He should find a solutions for his family not added in more relationships, if he continue to manipulate his mind, the only thing he will face, is the same old problem whereby he won't able to be happy due by his fear that conquer his mind...

Unfaithful

I want to share regards on unfaithful person.

One of my friend having a terrible moment of his life, he extremely love her and yet, she find other man to satisfy her needs. This is commonly due to unsatisfying relationships due to lack of trust, lost of hopes, poor communication and dying end.

People always says, love is everything, love is antidote of pain and sadness, but ppl don't realized love also can be cruel and suffering, depending the nature of the person whom they have relationships with.

Some ppl have a good family, they stay together for long time till end of their time, and some don't. They feel uncomfortable to their relationships probably due to their characters or what describe early on upper page.

My friend's is a good person and faithful to his love ones, but at times, she mislead his trust and end up he suffering from misery. Is not easy for him to recovered as he love her deeply till he won't forgive himself even though is not his mistake.

His lady, is a good person due to change of environment she found someone who is reliable to provide her needs not because she don't love him but because she love someone who a reliable, trustworthy and financially secure.

There are a lot of factors behind the scenes, only they know what behind the close curtains. Should we judge them or should we help them is all depend the person himself who can create their own life differently.

It feel sad, to see ppl suffer from hearth break, he give everything he has till he got nothing in return only what he wants to be loved by his lady.

We cannot changed ppl mind, but what we can do is morally support. Maybe, he will find a good person, because he deserve the best, in end of the tunnel, his the one who decide, maybe he won't leave her maybe he will. Only he knows the answer.

After all we just a human being, no matter what? there's always a good and bad experience we have to face. It doesn't matter to which person either a poor or rich they are, they will face the same issues either big or small, this problem will arise and we have to face it and solve it by our own will.

Love is a good things, but don't let loved blind us of every movement. Steadfast, be patient, and truthful of yourself and everything will followed.

To my friend and ppl who read this, my advised, live, love and stay happy of what you are. Don't hurt someone, just give love to them and support ppl who really needed it the most. Once we face our last breath, we can't changed it only to accept it, this is the opportunity for us to write own history in a good way and ppl who know them, will always be remembered.

Ground Level..

23rd January 2011,

Sunday, is the best day of the weekend, most people will strolled down the beach, having picnic and chilling with family and friends. Unlike others, some people have to work on Sunday which they says, "Why the hell I'm working on Sunday, which I supposed to be at home with my family". In this modern days, working in Sunday is very common. Some do have extra money and some don't. Like David? He likes working on Sunday, because? he'll get double pay. David's says; "Wow.. Liao.. Sunday, working? happy happy, can get more money.. OooHooo.. can buy Xbox 360... Yeah..!!!) Yes Yeah...!!!

Beside David's, some people don't care about Sunday, like Martin's, Martin says; "Fuhh.. what good about Sunday, for me everyday the same.. nothing special about Sunday.. only an idiot who think Sunday is great"... Yes, Some do think Sunday is common day, the same as yesterday. But if we analyzed, people from all over the World love Sunday's. Why? Sunday is to rejuvenate, distress our past and make complexity on ourselves. So that, we can move on without fatigue or bring forward the previous stressed.

Anyway, I would like to shared regarding on "Ground level". What is ground level? Most people thought, the ground level is ground that level.. hhmm.. maybe..

Actually, most people will start from ground level, is indicate how we will start from scratch and begin to see the light from the end of the tunnel.

Is important to build a rigid ground or so call foundation before we start our journey other wise, we end up falling again if we not cautiously plan our journey. What we going to do? we always need a plan. Before we build a house, we need a plan; before we travel; we need to plan where to go and before we married, we need a plan, when is the best time for marriage. So, we need to make sure we start from the ground level and make a proper planing. Some plan doesn't work due to miss calculate, lack of ideas, no checklist, and etc etc.

What we like to do in our life is to be able to do in the right directions, when we make mistake we seldom blame ourselves for our mistake only accused people for disrupting their planning. Which is absolutely nonsense.

When people make a proper planing we need to analyze the possibilities, and what if something goes wrong direction, could we capitalize and disallowed reoccurring again?

This what we call, being organised and planing ahead or foreseen the future.

We all respect any individual thoughts and idea, every ideas is good, only how we going to put it or organised it with prospect. Human being conceive 1000 ideas! just give a thought? When we are child, we always finding a object to make it like toys which isn't a toy, we intent to make it like it was a toy with imagination figure, like robot toaster, pencil monster and so on.. we always makes new idea out of the ordinary to extraordinary from our own eyes and ideas.

When we grew up as a teenager, we intent to be Super Model, or Superstar or being cool. For being the way we want, is try to find an idea to make it cool, even though is not cool but we almost there for being cool. We changed colors of our hair, shoes, bags and etc. We use our idea to make it more cooler than before, so people will stare at us and show how cool we are but eventually, nobody cares, because everybody wants to be cooler than you. In effective way, we try to changed things that nobody will dare to do, like wearing a under wear from outside. Than people will notice how cool you are...

When we grew older, an adult, we usually, find something useful, like investing, find new girlfriend, be rich, going out with junkies and so on. We intent to use our ideas to be innovative, in order to get big money, money is what adult craving, they need money to survive, in order to survive, need an idea how to make profit and show boss you are the right for this job.

Using Idea is common for us all, is not surprised that we start from child to adult. Use Idea to make a better living is the best way, to earn our own respect. Some people use their intelligent idea to destroy other people life and their life. It been there for many century till now, the only things that can changed their life is the environment.

The best option is to start from ground level and from there, we aim our targets, no matter where we point it, we will get there without a doubt. importantly build a solid foundation, and I'm surely we will have our chance to become success.

The Perceptions..

19th January 2011,

On this very day, I was having my afternoon tea break nearby Bedok ESSO petrol stations. Suddenly a man from nowhere came to me and asked; do you know where is Jurong? I told him; Is at the west side of Singapore, which you need to take bus no. 30 from Bedok central bus terminal. Than he says to me," are you Malaysian? I say, Hell No! Why? He reply; never mind, I will walked. Then he really walked straight to the direction I shown him earlier. What a strange man, maybe he desperately need money? I guess so?

Anyway, he shouldn't come to Singapore at the first place, because; he wouldn't thought, he might not or won't have sufficient money for his transport back to Malaysia. I'm pity on him though.

Yesterday, during my night class. Me and my classmate sharing problems at workplace, he facing torrid time at his department, being negatively with his subordinate or working colleague. We facing a similar problems but usually, I won't complaint bout others because, maybe their characters are meant to be asshole. I guess?

Basically, non of these people have the same perception as others, each individual consist different mindset and thoughts. We couldn't read their thoughts, unless we have special powers to listen people thought, that would be marvelous.. isn't it? You read your boss thoughts and reply, YES BOSS, NO NEED TO EXPLAINED I UNDERSTAND YOU BOSS... surely, the boss freak out.. he definitely says; BLOODY HELL, HOW COME HE KNOW SO MUCH ABOUT IT...

Interesting, Yes?

Normally, people will read human character is by looking at their body posture and facial reaction. Non of us in this world can read people thoughts, unless, his freaking mutant, like Xavier the X-Man.

Anyway, my classmate feel he being bullied by his own colleague because he's new to this job, he think negatively on others by creating his own illusion of being different. What his colleague perceptions is guiding him different to his own job activities but instead he refuse to listened and ignore their offer. His philosophy, better to be specialist in one thing and neglect other things.

For my perception, is best to learn two ways or multiple ways in order to increase knowledge in others activities. However he may choose a various kind of jobs offers when it comes upon, which is suited him the most, otherwise he may choose to stayed at his current positions. There's always optional in life, but then again, is how we managed it.

Unlikely, he wouldn't accept others people opinion on his problem. Because he wanted people to listen and empathy in his situation. Most of us, choose to be Superhero and save the day. In fact, this people don't need a superhero to save his day. Only by listening and understand his feelings is enough for him to get his confident back on track. Every human being has his own weaker and stronger part of mind, if he fail, you can see the trembling effect shaking up his life.

Initially, those problem can be solve by using positive mythology. How it works? every individual has their own special ways to overcome negative effect whereas we encounter, collect all negative thoughts and convert it into positive thoughts. Then you will witness the significant changes on the mindset.

e.g. Linda having a bad day at work her boss scolded her for being careless by wrongly doing her job task, she feel despondent with her boss reaction, during lunch hours her colleague come to her and wanted to seat beside her and have a lunch together but instead she refuse to accept the offer, her colleague was shock with her respond and they says negative behind her back. When she return home, her family wanted her to cook dinner for them, but they notice her looks so sad and unhappy. Yet she ignore her family and went straight to her room and gone to bed, she crying the whole night as her thought saying, nobody cares.

What makes Linda pain? Linda feel she being toucher by her thoughts.

What if Linda, changed things into positive thoughts?

e.g. Linda having a bad day at work, even though she having a bad day at work because of silly mistake that make her boss scolded her, she trying to see different point of view by understand what's the problem she facing at the moment. She analysis it and make them into positive thoughts by rectify the problem, even though her boss scolded her, she apologies and make things better. Her colleague saw her smiling face they thought she's happy and they talked to her in cheerful ways, went she return home with positive thoughts, her family too followed the same ways as her, yet she can make a special dinner for them and go to sleep in peacefully.

Why she feel the changes? because she think positive and when she feel positive everything will followed positively and when she feel negative, she'll face the same thing all over again.

Importantly, is to set the perception in right direction otherwise, it will go wrong direction to negative reaction and it's very hard to adjust our thoughts to regain our positive reaction.

Gratitude!

I had a conversation with my co worker, his a oriented person.

Throughout our conversations, we stress out regarding lack of increment? feel moody during working hours, happy after working hours, defy superior instruction, low morale because of lack of increment and etc etc.

This happen to most workplace, which ever company we go, we facing the same problem, whether our own worker, subordinate, mid management or top management.

They all want something from us and we want something from them, either way round.

Is so obvious, which we can't deny. When we climb up to the top of the higher mountain, we can

see beautiful view, beautiful scenery, beautiful in everything within our eyes.

The same to the top management, mid management and so on..

I agreed to some degree with my co worker, sometimes, lower rank should give opportunity

to shine and opportunity to show the top management or mid management what they can offer

to improve the company.

Initially, we can't force the management to agree it instantly, they too facing other bigger

responsibilities. They always says, we need to analyze, and see if we can fit it into our criteria. Which I call "KIV". Do first, talk later..

Than what happen to the lower rank? they quit their job and find greener posture.

This happen to most companies. They intend to be bias at certain point, because they never

listened to lower ranks. (Give us feedback and we'll see what we can do for you) common

words for management.

Most of us wanted a perfect jobs which fit our criteria, what happen to the gratitude? where the

gratitude gone?

For example Tom:

Tom's went for interview, wearing smartly clothes and talk nicely to the interviewer.

Tom intend to be confident and promote himself with highly rated CV.

After successful interview, Tom went out, his thought started to recall what has happen just

now. Afterwards he wish, that he will get the job, and give everything no matter what the

outcome.

Meanwhile, the human resource call Tom, saying he been selected", welcome aboard to our great

company, explain the HR. He excited, jump like crazy, and celebrate with family and friends..

First day of work full of energy and enthusiasm, striving to proved he worthy to this great

company.

3 months later, still trying to proved he worthy to this great company..

After confirmation, still trying to proved he worthy to this great company...

6 months later, he just trying to proved he worthy to this great company..

Than 1 year later, he nothing to proved to this great company..

Because, Tom's immune to the task and get bored with the same systems everyday, he try

to search for a job, finding to spice up in his boring life, hoping a miracle will come to him...

What happen next to Tom's ? the same cycle, all over again...

Nothing will never changed, if we don't turn ourselves around, for e.g. find what will improve

our living, maybe take some courses, recommend new activities, join sports, join company volunteer community service, humping with co workers..(kidding), be community chairman

and etc etc

Sooner or later, the management will see the impact we have make, than probably, they realised

is time for us to get promotion.

Always, point at one directions and we will see significant changes in our life..

What we learn from the nutshell? Always be gratitude to those who give us jobs and some

others still jobless.. like Tom...

The day I was born.. that was 11 January 1978

Is been a while, I have not followed up my blog. Blogging is good for sharing inner thoughts or emotion thoughts. Likewise, nothing can be firm as long we stayed firm.

Oh yes, today is the 17th January 2011, I turn 33yrs old since 6 days ago. It was alright to turn old aged but my biggest concern, what is the next step for my life journey?

I believe everyone, has plan after they turn one year older, maybe buy a car, house, get married, have children, be a millionaire and etc etc. What if, the plan doesnt work out? Will we stop there to prevent it from happening?

Some people I seen, give up everything what they believe and do, they believed things won't happen if Mr Roy doesn't distrupt his work. Blaming others for not reaching thier target finding fault from others for their failured, which is unjust.

To achieved something in life, we have to blame ourself for not putting any effort, give the extra miles and decline attitude. This is what happen if we simply give up on what we believe. Believe is what we need to boost our confident and positive reaction towards everything you do..

Believe in yourself, is like loving yourself. This what ppl lacking, wining mean everything but produce result is something we achieve. The best way to describe, you create your own winning mentality and place it on trophy room. (that is in your memories)
